 NGHC Is a Primary Care service that uses Patients Centered Care approach to managing patients for disease prevention and health Promotion. The service embraced a patient-centered model that focuses on promoting good quality of care to improve access for individuals and families. The focus is to engage patients in an updated conversation that will enable them to make the right decision about their health and wellness. The service is culturally diverse, it involves educating patients on the use of updated medical technology to promote health and lifestyle modifications. 

What makes this service different is that the provider uses the highest skills of understanding, collaborating & communicating with the patients to form therapeutic and interpersonal relationships. 

NGHC strives to provide the highest quality of care considering our Patients' Physical, Spiritual, Mental, and Emotional needs in line with the WHO statement ( 2019). 

Primary health care (PHC) is essential health care based on methods and technology made universally accessible to individuals, families, and communities through their active participation and at an affordable cost (WHO, 2019).  

The service will be available to you via telephone and video conference calls, Office or at your homes, all depending on your personal preference.
